Delivery is available within the Klang Valley area. 

2. Delivery Cost:

Charges may vary based on the order size and delivery location. Free delivery may be available for orders over a certain moq.

3. Lead Time:

Next day delivery within operation hours.

How Do Refunds work?

1. Refund for Damaged Products

  • Eligibility: If you receive damaged milk, you must report it within 3 days of discovering the issue.

  • Process: Notify us about the damaged product. We will investigate to determine if the problem is caused by our handling. If confirmed, we will process the return and issue an exchange of the same product.

2. Exchange for Incorrect Items

  • Eligibility: If you receive the wrong item, you can request an exchange within 3 days of purchase date.

  • Process: Contact us to inform about the incorrect item. We will arrange for the exchange of the wrong item with the correct item.

> Please keep all packaging and receipts until the return or exchange is completed. Refunds may take several business days to process after approval.
